Please Read Carefully

1. Admission Form is available from class LKG to IX and XI for the academic Session 2022.
2. Go to the given link and fill it up the Google form.
3. Make sure that everything is correct before click the submit button because once you submitted, editing is not recommendable. However, you make correction and you will have to wait 24 hours to received the corrected form. For correction, open the Admission Form 2022 with the same email Id and inform us through email or WhatsApp.
4. Download the pdf received on your email instantly after the final submission and print it out.
5. Submit the form to the school admission committee of Modern Sr. Sec. School, Gangtok.
6. Your online form submission doesn't confirm your admission to the school until you submit the form in person.
7. Last Date of Admission Form Submission will be notified here very shortly.
